• We expect all attendees, contributors, staffs, sponsors, and guests—to abide by this Code of Conduct.

• Please watch out for each other, take care of one another, help those who need help, and be careful.

• Please don’t hesitate to call security or staff if you see anything suspicious.

WE WANT OUR EVENT TO BE SAFE FOR EVERYONE. 

• Respect personal space at all times. 

• Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited, please go outside.

• Unwanted or inappropriate behavior, comments, or actions that make others feel uncomfortable or unsafe are subject to removal. Please immediately notify a nearby staff member or Hawaii Convention Center security.

• If you're unsure whether something is appropriate, consult with a nearby Super Saturday staff.

COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT. NO means NO.

• Please be respectful for personal boundaries and always ask for consent, both in and outside of cosplay. 

• Cosplaying does not give anyone permission to touch, harass, or disrespect the individual portraying a character. Just because someone is dressed in costume, it does not imply they consent to physical contact, intrusive questions, or inappropriate behavior.

• Attendees are generally free to wear what they like, but any overly exposure of genitals regardless of gender, is not permitted. 

• Clothing with offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate text or graphics (including references to bodily fluids) is not permitted.

• We reserve the right to make a determination if any piece of clothing, props, or accessories is dangerous or negatively disruptive. If you are found to be outside of our guidelines you may be asked to alter or change your clothing.

• Wear proper and comfort footwear. 

• If you're dressing in a big, bulky cosplay, please be aware and careful of your surroundings.

• Owners of permitted props and prop weapons, use and carry them at their own risk and assume all risks of liability to and from anyone injured or otherwise harmed directly or indirectly by the owner’s action or inaction.  

• Super Saturday shall not be liable for any injury, harm, damage, or other liability associated with any person’s use of any weapon (permitted or banned), any prop, or costume during the event.

• For all of the attendees must your event wristband visible and on at all times during the show and for vendors must wear both badges and wristband.

• Any photographs or video recordings of attendees taken by Super Saturday team in capacity may be used or published by Super Saturday without further consent of the individuals being recorded.

• For the safety of everyone, Super Saturday reserves the right to ask any individual to leave the Hawaii Convention Center if their behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, or if they fail to comply with the Code of Conduct.

• Super Saturday, its personnel and its affiliates are not responsible/liable  for any damage, injury, loss or theft. 

• All attendees and vendors are responsible for their own actions and belongings, as well as any resulting consequences. All civil or medical emergencies must be reported to and handled by the appropriate authorities.
